Our Policies

The hotel policies below are set in place to provide a clean, quiet and peaceful atmosphere for our guests during their stay.  By selecting to complete a booking at Berbeda Place through any channel the guest acknowledges they have read and agree to these terms and conditions:

1. NO PETS ALLOWED.  Evidence of pet dander and/or odor in guest rooms will incur a minimum $500 fine for extra/deep cleaning services.  Any damages to hotel property will result in an additional charge upon evaluation.
2. 100% NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (entire premises).  Evidence of any smoke odor in guest rooms will incur a minimum $500 fine for extra/deep cleaning services.  Any damages to hotel property will result in an additional charge upon evaluation.
3. All guests must register & show valid government-issued proof of identity & credit card at the time of check-in. No cash & debit cards accepted.
4. Maximum occupancy per room 1 adult only, min. 21 years of age (no children allowed).
5. Business/Corporate I.D. may be required upon check-in.
6. Check-in time: 3PM until midnight.  Check-out time:  11AM.  Early check-in/late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge (advance notice required and is subject to availability).  Late check-out penalty up to one night’s stay plus taxes.
